We make our scoreboards to the highest standards using the best quality components but even the most reliable products need a service.

What to do if you require a service or a repair?

You can phone or email us – we’ll discuss your scoreboard problem and ask you a few questions – so you should be able to describe the problem and be able to operate the scoreboard.

Simple problems can be fixed over the phone and spares can be despatched the same day, provided we know before noon.

Our opening hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 2:30pm on Fridays.

We are closed at weekends but if you email us, we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

Service timings & costs

We aim to return most faulty items back to you repaired within one week (usually 2 to 3 days). If you require a site visit, costs are based on the time taken for the repair and the distance our engineer has to travel.

Please Note:
New products bought from us have a ‘limited parts and labour’ warranty for 12 months, from the date of invoice.

Repaired products have a 3-month warranty limited to any repairs that we have carried out. This does not include any on-site maintenance, costs of shipping to or from our factory, loss of profits or consequential or any other loss. All claims for repair under the warranty are at our discretion and are on a back-to-base basis.

For booking a scoreboard service, we do ask for a site visit confirmation beforehand by an authorised official within the cricket club, as well as pre-authorisation of card/payment details.

To make any transaction easy, we accept payment by credit or debit card, PayPal or by BACS.
